About Our Staff


We have Pro baseball pitcher Eric Arneson on our staff, as well as local varsity coaches who know the game! We're looking forward to sharing baseball wisdom with you the way our staff has been taught: the PROFESSIONAL WAY!


Adam Adam is on his 20th season coaching the Morris Knolls Eagles and his 10th year as head coach at Morris Knolls High School. Adam is a 1985 graduate who played for 4 years with the Morris Knolls Eagles before coming back to coach. While at Knolls, he was a standout third baseman. Adam attended Iona College where he played Varsity baseball for four years. Adam also played short stop in the Morris Majors League for the Mendham Pastime Club where he led the leagure in hitting in 1991 & 1992.
   
CoachLutt “Coach Lutt” has a long history in the game of baseball, as not just a player, but as a coach and an instructor as well.  A 1989 graduate of Morris Knolls, he helped the Golden Eagles win consecutive Morris County Championships, and he set multiple school records for his defense, some of which still stand today.  In college, he spent some time in the Virginia Tech program and summers in the Essex County league. His final playing stint was in the Morris Majors for several years.  As a coach, “Lutt” spent one year at Morris Catholic before his eight year tenure at Morris Knolls.  During that time, he also served as a hitting instructor for the Pro Motions Baseball camps and clinics, as well as a personal instructor specializing in catching instruction. 
   
Eric Erik Arnesen played baseball for Timothy Christian High School and Grove City College. Erik was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 2006 First Year Player Draft. He has worked with Professional Pitching Coaches Spin Williams and Randy Tomlin to name a few.

Erik is currently pitching professionally for the Washington Nationals Organization (Syracuse Chiefs AAA team). He also pitches professionally for the Caguas Criollos in the Puerto Rico Winter League.
   
Mike Mike Carmiche holds a Master’s Degree in Health Education from New Jersey City University and has been a Health and Physical Education teacher at Mountain Lakes High School since 1993 where he served as the Head Baseball coach from 1994-2002.

Mike was the varsity shortstop and captain of the 1986 Greater Newark Tournament, Champion, Columbia High School Cougars. Mike played college baseball for Kean College and had a tryout with the Cleveland Indians.
